The Story of R&R Press
Readable & Relevant Press is a new venture founded by award-winning professional writer Betsy Wolff. Betsy earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Carolina with a concentration in health promotion and education, as well as a bachelor’s degree in journalism and business administration from the University of Georgia. In addition, Betsy has spent many years working with less-advantaged populations to increase access to vital health and social services. Her work includes service as a child advocate and lobbyist and the creation and implementation of successful local, state and national social marketing campaigns.
Readable & Relevant Press provides books that engage and empower both young adults and adults who read on a fourth- or fifth-grade level or above. Books are carefully reviewed by content experts and members of the target audience to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance to readers’ needs. All books are excellent for use with ESL students.
